B3 ConnectB3 Collective
B3 Connect is a customer-facing event request platform operated by B3 Collective. B3 Connect facilitates introductions between customers seeking food and beverage services for events and independent vendors participating in the B3 Collective network.
Submission of a request through B3 Connect does not create a contract for services between the customer and B3 Collective, nor does it guarantee the availability of any vendor. A request is an expression of interest that B3 Collective may act upon at its discretion.
B3 Collective may distribute customer requests to one or more participating vendors based on availability, cuisine type, service area, capacity, and other relevant factors. Distribution is not guaranteed and is determined solely by B3 Collective.
Vendor participation in the B3 Connect network is voluntary and not guaranteed. Vendors operate as independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or representatives of B3 Collective. B3 Collective does not control vendor pricing, availability, or service offerings.
Any service agreement, contract, or arrangement for food and beverage services is entered into solely between the customer and the selected vendor. B3 Collective is not a party to any agreement between customers and vendors.
B3 Collective is not responsible for vendor performance, pricing accuracy, fulfillment of services, cancellations, disputes, or outcomes arising from any customer-vendor engagement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, B3 Collective's liability is limited to the facilitation of the introduction itself.
